Your pieces are carefully wrapped in our signature presentation. If you would like certain items to be packed individually, for example when gifting, please mention it in the order notes at checkout.

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and are determined by the courier and local postal services.

Complimentary Shipping*

Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over €250 within the European Union and the United Kingdom. Express shipping remains available at an additional cost.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders within the European Union are not subject to import duties. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
