Orders including elastic styles include one Tool Ring per order for elastic replacement when needed.

Your pieces are carefully wrapped in our signature presentation. If you would like certain items to be packed individually, for example when gifting, please mention it in the order notes at checkout.

At clōw atelier, each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are determined by the courier and local postal services, especially for international orders.

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Every clōw piece is handcrafted from carefully chosen materials for durability and elegance. To keep your piece looking beautiful, we suggest storing it in the dustbag when not in use, and placing it in your hair after applying any hair products.
