Your pieces are carefully wrapped in our signature gift presentation. If you would like certain items to be packed individually, for example when gifting, please mention it in the order notes at checkout.

At clōw atelier, orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are determined by the courier and local postal services, especially for international orders.
